What Is Included
A closer look at each service, how scheduling works, and what tracking looks like once a pickup begins.
Document delivery between offices
Most requests fall into this category: an envelope or folder that needs to move from one office to another within Bucharest, sometimes the same building complex, sometimes across the city. Pickup can be arranged for a specific window or added to an existing scheduled route. Every document is logged by sender and recipient before it leaves the origin point.
This covers contracts awaiting signature, internal HR files, invoices needing a physical stamp, and correspondence between branch offices that still requires a paper original rather than a scanned copy.
Notarised paperwork & institutional drop-off
Notarised documents often need to travel through more than one stop before a case is complete: a notary office first, then perhaps the land registry, a courthouse, or a town hall registry desk. Each of these institutions keeps its own hours and its own queue system, and a route is planned with that in mind rather than treating every stop the same way.
Typical destinations include notary practices, land registry offices (Cartea Funciară), local courthouses, sector town halls, and other public counters where an original signed document is required in person. A confirmation photo is taken once a document is registered or stamped, and shared through the same WhatsApp thread used for the pickup.
Scheduled daily routes
Offices with a steady flow of paperwork, such as accounting firms preparing monthly filings or clinics exchanging referral letters, typically set up a fixed morning or afternoon slot. A single courier becomes familiar with that route, which tends to make handoffs quicker since reception staff and the courier recognise each other.
Routes can be paused for holidays or slower periods with a short notice message, and adjusted if a client's volume changes from week to week. There is no minimum commitment beyond agreeing on a workable time window together.
Real-time tracking via WhatsApp
Tracking is handled through a WhatsApp thread rather than a separate app or login portal. Once a pickup is confirmed, the courier sends a short message and, where relevant, a photo of the item as it is collected. Progress updates follow as the route continues, and a final message with a timestamp confirms delivery, along with a photo or signature if the destination requires one.
Clients with a scheduled route usually keep one ongoing thread for the week, which makes it simple to look back and see when a particular document was handed over.
Packaging & handling standards
Notarised papers travel in sealed, waterproof pouches, partly to protect against sudden rain during a bike route and partly to keep unrelated documents from mixing together. Clinics and reception desks that require a signature on collection are logged in a dedicated handoff book carried by the courier.
Fragile e-commerce parcels are placed upright in the cargo bike's case or secured separately in the van, rather than stacked loosely with other boxes on the same run.
What isn't covered
A few categories fall outside what this service is set up to handle. International shipments, oversized freight or pallet loads, and refrigerated or perishable goods are generally better suited to providers equipped specifically for those needs. Hazardous materials are not transported under any circumstance. Being upfront about these limits helps avoid confusion when a request comes in that doesn't fit the local, document-and-parcel focus this service is built around.
