What we carry, and where it goes
Four types of runs make up most of our schedule. Each one has its own handling routine, worked out over years of moving paperwork and parcels around the same streets.
Document Delivery Between Offices
Contracts, invoices, HR files and internal mail travel between branches or partner offices the same day they are handed to us. Pickup windows are agreed in advance, so reception staff know exactly when to expect the courier.
Notarised Paperwork & Institutions
We collect and deliver notarised documents to and from notary offices, the land registry, courts and town halls across Bucharest and Ilfov, following whatever sequence of stops a case requires.
E-Commerce Parcel Delivery
Online stores based in the city use us for orders that need to reach a customer the same day, rather than waiting inside a national carrier's sorting network. Pickup happens directly from the storage point.
Scheduled Daily Routes
Law firms, clinics and accounting offices with recurring paperwork set up a fixed morning or afternoon route. The courier arrives at roughly the same time each working day.

Punctual by Design
Routes are planned the evening before, with realistic time windows rather than vague estimates. If traffic or weather changes something, we let you know before you have to ask.
Careful Handling
Notarised papers and fragile parcels are sealed, logged and carried the same way every time. Nothing gets tossed into a bag alongside unrelated deliveries.
Clear Communication
Every stage of a delivery is confirmed through WhatsApp, from pickup to drop-off, with a photo or signature when it matters. There is no need to guess where something is.
Local Route Knowledge
Bucharest traffic and Ilfov's scattered geography behave differently depending on the hour. Routes are built around that pattern, not a generic map estimate.
Getting a pickup arranged

A short WhatsApp message or the form on this site is enough to start. Tell us what needs to move and roughly when.
We confirm the window
You receive a realistic pickup time back, along with the name of the courier assigned to your route that day.
Collection and scan
The courier collects the item, logs it and sends a confirmation photo before setting off toward the next stop.
Tracking to drop-off
You follow progress on WhatsApp until the delivery is confirmed at the other end, with a timestamp kept for your records.
An electric fleet, matched to the route
Downtown Bucharest doesn't always leave room for a van. For dense areas like the Old Town, Cotroceni or Universitate, electric cargo bikes get through traffic that would otherwise slow a delivery down, and they stay quiet around office entrances and clinic waiting rooms. For longer stretches into Ilfov, or when a load is bulkier, one of our electric vans takes over instead.
Both vehicle types are charged overnight at a small depot, and route assignments are made each morning based on the size and destination of that day's stops.
